Role Playing Games, also known as RPG’s for short. The first and most influential of the role-playing game genre is Dungeons and Dragons. Developed in the 1970s by Gary Gygax the game has expanded into the world of films, TV and novels.

Often players have their own “lucky” dice and shakers and will bring their own to the gaming session.
